Regarding Hr Policy - Leave Policy

kindly requisite the following information:
1) HR Policies of Infosys, TCS and Wipro
2) Leave Policies of Infosys, TCS and Wipro and,
3) Performance appraisal format

This is poonam.I have been recently promoted in HR Department.We are a big manufacturer of Oral Care products.Can anyone help me for doing essential amendments in Hr policy as leaves cashment,loading charges ,Mobile policy,leaves availing,rest all the facilities given by management as their grade wise beacause we have to represent it for final approval.
