Employee Motivation Scheme

I am working with a construction company, please suggest me some schemes which we can implement for employees motivation, which can be done monthly or quarterly for our R.O. staff.

There are various schemes to motivate employees in organization.Some of them are
1.Recognizing employees after achieving their targets, or performing well in the respected field (HR,Finance,Marketing.Production etc).
2.Celebrating employees birth day.
3.Organizing cultural events.
4.Arranging picnics for employees.
5.Rewarding after achieving good performance (Monetary or Non monetary)

FIX MONTHLY TARGET.PROVIDE CASH INCENTIVE
LIKE 120% and above FIX SOME AMOUNT
100-119% some incentive
85% -99% some incentive
