Termination Letter For Employee

Hi friends,
can any one suggest me how to prepare a termination letter.As,our process has been winded up due to miss communication with the client regarding the payment.so now i have to give the employee of our organization a voluntary termination letter.so please help me out by forwarding the letter to me.ASAP

Could you suggest me a formate of termination letter. Employee left the company without resignation and notice period. Please suggest me the formate of termination letter for these type of employee.
