Struggling with Daily Site Reports? How Do You Track Labor and Progress?

Hi,

I'm working as a Site Engineer. I need to prepare a daily report detailing how many laborers, masons, electricians, plumbers, etc., have worked on-site, what tasks they have completed, the progress made, and the plans for tomorrow. Can anybody help me with this? I would be very thankful.
