Can we adjust long leaves against S/L or C/L, and please also let me know after how many days leave is considered to be long? Hoping for a favorable response.
Understanding Sick Leave (SL) and Casual Leave (CL)
SL stands for sick leave, and CL stands for casual leave. If the extended leave is for personal reasons, it cannot be adjusted. Sick leave is granted solely for medical reasons; however, casual leave cannot be combined with any other type of leave.
What about the weekly offs? If a person is on a long approved leave and is utilizing their balance leaves, will the Saturday and Sunday during this long leave also be deducted from their leave balance?
