Hello Sir, Can we adjust long leaves against S/L or C/L, and please also let me know after how many days leave is considered to be long.

SL is sick leave and CL is causal leave ?
If the long leave is on personal ground, the above can't be adjusted. Sick leave is granted only on medical ground, however CL can't be clubbed with any kind of leave.

what about the weekly offs, if the person is on a long approved leave and is utilizing his balance leaves, will the saturday and sunday during this long leave will also be deducted from his leave balaance.
