Hi All. I am working as a Human Resources Manager in an NGO organization. I need your help and cooperation on how to conduct a psychometric test during recruitment. We are just about to recruit a Finance Manager and one of the test that the candidate has to go through is psychometric test.
I have gone through the internet and found several formats of the tests but the informations are very partial they do not go on detail on how one analyse the test and come up with the result !
HR professionals I need your help, can anyone give me the guidelines/presentation or an example of the psychometric test and tell me on how do you track down/analyse the answers given and come up with the result? How do you sketch those points and tell the behavior or attitude of a person?
