I am working as a Human Resources Manager in an NGO organization. I need your help and cooperation on how to conduct a psychometric test during recruitment. We are just about to recruit a Finance Manager, and one of the tests that the candidate has to go through is a psychometric test.
I have gone through the internet and found several formats of the tests, but the information is very partial, not going into detail on how to analyze the test and come up with the result! HR professionals, I need your help. Can anyone give me the guidelines, presentation, or an example of the psychometric test and tell me how you track down/analyze the answers given to come up with the result? How do you sketch those points and determine the behavior or attitude of a person?
