Hi Everyone, I wanted to know if there is any prescribed format under the ID Act for recognizing protected workmen under Section 33(3) of the Act, and to which government agencies the intimation has to be sent.
There seems to be no particular form to be used by the Trade Union for communicating to the employer of the names of their members who should be recognized as protected workers. Similarly, from the employer's side, an intimation to the Labour Department of such recognition is sufficient.
