How Do You Calculate Attrition Rate Between Two Months? Need Help with April and May!

Dear All,

Can you please inform me how to calculate the attrition rate when comparing two months, for example, May and April? If 50 employees left in April and 20 in May, the number of employees as of April 30 was 1600.

Thank you, Pradeep. The second sheet is protected, so I cannot see the calculations or workings. Do you know about the calculations? Is employee turnover the same as attrition rate?
