Sad Demise Of Business Associate

Hi,
One of my business associates has passed away suddenly. Can u plz help me draft a mail to send it across my entire organization to various departments, verticals, divisions etc. I have never come across such a situation wherein I have to send some bad news in written format. Thus unable to put same in words.
