Hi Everyone,
I have joined an IT company that has been recently started and has around 15 employees. The firm doesn't have any HR documents or policies so far, and it's going to expand its operations by recruiting around 10 more candidates. Being an HR graduate, I wish to start an HR department with prominent HR policies and documentation, starting from framing vision, objectives, JD, and so on. But I need help from the experts in CiteHR who can guide me on the right path. Please help me in my work process and setting up a dynamic HR department.
