Clarification on Administrative Charges for PF and EDLI

Administrative charges on PF, EDLI, and administration charges on EDLI will be charged on wages or PF and EDLI contributions. Could you please clarify the above?

Dear Pavan, As per my knowledge, the total deductions are 25.61%.

Breakdown of Deductions

- A/c no-1: 3.67% from the employer and 12% from the employee on PF wages, i.e., PF.
- A/c no-2: 1.1% on PF wages as PF administration charges.
- A/c no-10: 8.33% from the employer, i.e., pension.
- A/c no-21: 0.5% from the employer on PF wages for EDLI.
- A/c no-22: 0.01% from the employer on PF wages as EDLI administration charges.
