How Do I Write a Proof of Residence Letter for an Employee? Urgent Help Needed!

Hello, I need help urgently, please. I have been approached by one of my staff requesting that I write him a proof of residence letter from the company so he can use it at the bank. I am kindly asking if there is anyone who knows how to design/write something like that to help me.
