Struggling with PF Registration in Ghaziabad? What Documents and Addresses Do I Need?

I'm working in a Ghaziabad (UP)-based company where I have to do PF registration for both the employer and employees. Please let me know about the documents required for PF registration and the address for PF registration.

Hi,

You have to attach the documents as per the category of the company. Here is the list of required documents:

1. Performa for coverage duly filled and signed.
2. BIN duly filled and signed.
3. Demand Draft Rs. /- no, dt- 2010 in favor of RPF Commissioner.
4. MOA/List of Directors.
5. Copy of Sales Tax Number.
6. Copy of ESI Code, if available.
7. Bank account number of the company & Cancelled Cheque for bank account.
8. List of Employees with father's name, Date of Joining, and wages.
9. List of Employees Monthly-wise.
10. Copy of Occupation letter (Property documents)/rent deed if rented.
11. Copy of PAN Number.
12. 1st Purchase bill/sale bill.

I too have to get my company registered with the PF and ESIC office in Mumbai. Kindly let me know. It's a metal trading company involved in importing steel scrap from abroad and supplying it to steel and automobile manufacturers.

Dear All,

I am pursuing a certified HR Generalist course from Bangalore. I have been informed that the documents required for the registration of PF are as follows:
1. Copy of VAT certificate/service tax agreement
2. Rental or lease agreement
3. Memorandum of Association or Articles of Association
4. Copy of PAN card.

However, based on your responses, it seems there are more documents involved. Please guide me accordingly.

Please let me know what the process is after getting registered. Do we need to upload Annexure II with employee details before we upload ECR? And when will PF numbers be allotted?
