List of Documents
1. Performa for coverage, duly filled and signed.
2. BIN, duly filled and signed.
3. Demand Draft ₹/-, no., dated 2010, in favor of the RPF Commissioner.
4. MOA/List of Directors.
5. Copy of Sales Tax Number.
6. Copy of ESI Code, if available.
7. Bank account number of the company & a canceled cheque for the bank account.
8. List of employees with father's name, date of joining, and wages.
9. List of employees month-wise.
10. Copy of occupation letter (property documents) or rent deed if on rent.
11. Copy of PAN Number.
12. First purchase bill/sale bill.
