Payroll - Xls Download - Income Tax

please, any one can give sample of payroll in excell. the one which will show salary calculation, esic deduction salary wise %, pf deduction salary wise, profession tax deduction salary wise. gross and net salary.
also if income tax deduction is done in salary.
