Can ESIC Smart Card Photo Sessions Be Done in Mumbai Instead of Nagpur?

Hi, In our company in Nagpur, there are 5 employees working in Mumbai. They are all eligible for ESIC. They have now been invited for a photo session in Nagpur for the smart card. I would like to ask whether this can be done in Mumbai itself. Please suggest.

Presently, I am working on making smart cards. I would like to inform you that if there is a smart card project underway at any ESIC or local office, you can go there for a photo session.

You can only go for a photo session in Nagpur if your company is registered in Nagpur. Otherwise, you'll have to obtain their smart card from Mumbai and issue Form 105 to employees working in Nagpur to avail the benefits of ESI.
