Considering the low response for the planned picnic on ---day , -11-10 , I would like to cancel the planned picnic on ---11-10 .
The intention behind this picnic is for employee relationship development & ........, with the less no.of people we can't attain the purpose. So we are canceling the picnic.. I hope you can understand the issue..
