I won't anything regarding the Dress Code..but regarding MIS report, i have felt the importance. Some of these are-

2. With the help of MIS you have the entire details of an employee
3. With the use of MIS you can see the exact hierarchy wise manpower details.
4. With MIS you may know what were the number of new joining in a particular month, same with number of resigned employees.
5. Can see the attrition rate flow chart
6. Can see the details of outstanding amount of an employee
7. Helps to view the graphical representation
8. Helps to view the salary growth of any of the employee if required
9. Helps to make future planning
10. Helps to see the B'day of employees and accordingly can conduct teh B'day celebration.
11. Helps to prepare a lot of different reports
12. Helps to see the gap in strength of manpower
Lastly will say it helps a lot to an HR person or an organisation..
