Good Resume Format

Hi Friends,
Can someone help me out with a good resume format,for a cousin of mine,who is currently working as a Branch Manager with a marketing company in Dubai.He's on the lookout for a good opening with some reputed company in South India,preferably in Sales & Mktg.He's got around 15yrs expereince in Sales and have worked with 4-5 companies, associated with Banking & Financial products.

Not the format but i can help you with the Tips to add content in your resume .
Sit and think..
what all you do on Daily basis , weekly basis , quarterly basis in your job profile.
Share your new learning ( in terms of new projects and trainings ).
Quote your education in such a manner that it should be aligned with your current job role .
Never mention your strength and weakness .
