Dear Kavita,
Really happy about your sharing and broadmindness. In your presentation your portraits showing only the mudras from right hand only. My doubt is whether these mudras have to be practised only with right hand. Please clarify.

Dear Sir,
sorry for the late reply..
As far as my knowledge is concerned mudras can be practiced by both hands. Left hand Mudras are beneficial for the right side of body and Right hand mudras are beneficial for left side of body. You have noticed these mudras in yoga and classical dances also, they are performed by both the hands..........
Plastic money is just an alternative of the standard money..though it is convenient , u can not use it everywhere......and is of no value on such cases .......so u shud always know where to show ur value and where not to...I mean where to make sound and where to keep silent :)
Dear Ravi
You can use either left hand or Right end
even both hand also ok
left hand cures for left part of your body
& right hand cures for right part of your body
