This 720 Degree System is introduced to measure the competency of Senior Level Employees in regard to promotions. In this system, Appraisal is devided in two stages of 360 degree System where peer / clients / customers etc are also splitted. After first revision, second session starts with the other group and after taking both revision, information is compiled comparatively and presented to sr. Mgmt for their decision to promote the appraisee.
