I want to know about salary slip,I mean how to calculate Basic salary, HRA(which % Rate of basic salary), EPF,ESI,etc.with deduction on gross salary......

hi you mention here a salary slip format but in format u did not mention the percentage of basic,coli da,of gross salary

The % of BASIC, HRA,CON, on the Gross Salary depends on the management's decision hence it varies company to company...Ask your HR if are are employed..

Basic :- Duble of HRA
HRA :- 50 % of basic if you living in metro city, rest of city 40% of basic
CON:-Rs 800/- per month

I just want to know whats the calculation (in %) of basic, HRA, Conveyance, mobile etc. from grass salary. for ex grass salary is 25000.00 than what is the basic, hra n etc
