Hi All,
One of my colleague just join a new company. She has some queries regarding PF deduction. Her company used to deduct 12% PF of basic salary. Now she want to use Rs. 780 for each employee irrespective of the basic salary. Is it possible or not.Is there any rule in Government that the company has to maintain the same %age for PF deduction what they previously used to.

Hi Jayanth,

Don't confused to claim the PF Amount.

1) If u have a indian government one rupee revenue stamp there. Please down load the form 10C & 19.

2) In form 10C page 2 sign the following column.(Signature or left Hand Thumb Impression of the Member / claimant(s)).Then page 3 paste a 1 rupee revenue stamp and sign 50:50 of the stamp.

3) Filled your live savings account bank details in page 2. serial no 11. and enclose your Bank pass book xerox copy.

4) if you leave more than 3 years of your last company attach your ID Proof ie, Voter ID, Driving License or Ration card.

5) In form 19 the same thing in page 2 you sign the two sign 1 is with revenue stamp & with out stamp.

6)Then send Your previous employer with request letter. They filled all your detail which you are filled in your Nomination form Form -2 when you are join time (like your family details your birth day date your joining date)

7) Then after your past employer authorized sign they submit the form in relevant PF Regional office.

8) After receiving your claim form your amount automatically deposit your saving account.

9) If you have not a revenue stamp ask your brother and send your end by speed post.

OK ALL THE BEST

Hi Shilpaz,
In form 19 Contribution for the Current Financial Year. there no critical detail. it is very simple. Every year Employer submitted their all employees annual contribution detail along Form 6A & 3A (for the period 1st April to 31st March). If any one of the employee resign his job between the period March to February. The employer filled the Contribution for the Current Financial Year and certify that. Because in PF office they do not have the details. so employer filled the employee monthly PF contribution details like monthly earned Basic employee contribution & employer contribution details every month like Form 3A. OK Its clear. Also you filled the form 3A along with claim form.
