As I am working in Odisha I have some idea that XIMB is providing a course for such purpose in which 15 days required full time for each semi. Utkal University and Sambalpur University are allso providing a MBA course in distance learning mode. But as per UGC guide line all such profossaional course is recocnised when the duration of such part time/distance mode course will be more than the regular duration. For that purpose Utkal University started Executive MBA Course which is minimum 3 years duration and 6 semi. The classes are normally 6PM to 9.30PM from Mon day to Thu. day (i.e 14 hrs. in a week )

There is one year course PGCM-HR from AIMA All India Management Assosiation
u have two give exam of two sem with subjective question and also project have to submit.
this way u can upgrade urself.

for esi half yrly return i hav to submit in 4 copies, do i need to make four bunches of:
1.form 5
2. challan detail
3. form 32
3. challan copy
do i need to use original esi challan in any bunch?

i am basically from chennai. i am working as an hr executive in a factory. i dont have any qualification on hr. but still i have practical knowledge. i possess only a hslc certificate. can somebody guide me for doing a course in hr through postal.
