i want salary certificate format to buy a vehicle ,and show the salary slip to the showroom for proof.

Please request your respective HR department to issue you one. This certificate that you submit will be verified hence make sure it’s a valid document issued by the authority deputed to sign it .

Dear Seniors
I work in a small organization where total number of in-house employees are around 10-15, and we are also not deducting PF and ESI from employees salary. How to make a proper leave policy for the employees and how to provide them EL,CL,PL and ML to the employees.
Kindly help me for the same.
