Already Apply For Duplicate Pan Card But Not Receive

i apply for duplicate pan card three times .But i have not receive my pan card.Last time i apply before one month.

plz u search the site of incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in ( give ur complaint)
or give ur DOB to me for search on these site ( i will doing the complete if u will not able to find)
or search on nsdl.com ( giving u detail status of ur pan card)
or give me ur docement so i will make ur pancard and give u hand delivery but there charges is Rs - 300/-
