I am Kavita, working as an HR in an IT software company. Before my joining, there was no HR department, but now I am responsible for implementing all HR processes. I am tasked with measuring the performance of employees in my company. Please guide me on which model to use in an IT software company and kindly provide me with formats that employees can fill out to measure their performance. I would appreciate a prompt response.

I think instead of getting performance appraisal details from others, it's better to set up your own. Just go through the various appraisal methods and decide for yourself.
