I am kavita working as HR in IT Software company. Before my joining there was no hr department. but now onwards i am to implement all hr things. I am to measure performance of employees in my company. So please guide me that which moudel i am to use in IT Software company and pls send me formats to fill from employees to measure their performance. Please revert me as soon as possible.

I think instead of gitting performance apprisal details from others its better to set up your own just go through the various apprisal methords and decide ur self
