Dear Sir, I had submitted my documents to withdraw my PF three months ago. However, my name is Vikas, and my PF account is under the name Vikas Choudhary. Please advise me on the process to change my name and withdraw my PF. Both my documents and account are registered under the name Vikas. Could you please inform me about the form I need to fill out to change my name in the PF? Kindly suggest the procedure for the same.

My name is Ashishkumar in official records; however, the employer opened the PF in the name of Ashish. Now, I want to transfer the PF amount to the new company where the name is Ashishkumar. Do you think there could be an issue?
