Employee engagement is the level of commitment and involvement an employee has towards their organization and its values. An engaged employee is aware of the business context and works with colleagues to improve performance within the job for the benefit of the organization. It is a positive attitude held by the employees towards the organization and its values.

This year, my company has enrolled us in the Stepthlon Virtual race. Actually, this is a fun activity in addition to work with a health and fitness objective. Every participant in the company is divided into teams. Each team member would be provided with a pedometer that will track the number of steps he or she walks. A participant has to walk a minimum of 10,000 steps every day for 100 days. It seems tough, but I have heard it is exciting.

Dear all, we want to implement some tokens for marriage gifts for all our regular employees. Does anyone have the necessary approval for marriage gifts for the employees' engagement activities?
