New Supreme Court ruling on reporting (to Police) and admission (in hospitals) of accident cases

Supreme court has announced that any person who meets road accident can be taken to hospital immediately. Hospital must not ask for police report/complaint to admit him/her. It is the doctor duty to do the first aid. Police shall be informed later.
