What Exactly Does Post-Recruitment Involve? Seeking Clarity on Responsibilities

Can anyone explain the exact meaning of post-recruitment? What responsibilities will they be handling?

Hi Rekha,

In my view, it is concerned with what we do exactly after Recruitment. Giving an offer letter, an Appointment letter, and doing all joining formalities. After that, providing a proper Induction and Training program. These are the activities which are required after recruitment to keep them retained with the organization. Because after recruitment, it is a higher priority to keep them retained.
