Facing Delayed Salary Payments After Resignation: How Can I Secure My Dues?

jaishree.eee
Dear Friends,

I worked in a consulting firm. I resigned from my job due to my health issue. They also agreed with that and said they'll give me pending dues within 2 months. Now, the 2 months are over. When I asked them for the same, they said they wouldn't be giving my pending dues and even threatened me. I provided them with my written resignation letter and left after proper relief.

Regarding my notice, they have not given those dues even to my seniors who left the job. Now, my colleagues who worked there are also suffering from this. So kindly guide me on how to collect my dues.

Regards,
Shree

Hi,

Do you have a copy of your resignation? If yes, please forward a letter along with a photocopy of your resignation requesting the Full and Final Settlement. If you don't have it, no worries, just send an email referencing your resignation and ask them to pay the full and final amount.

If they don't respond, send a reminder. If they continue to ignore your request, you may escalate the issue to the Factory Inspector. However, for that, you need to have written communication.

Thank you.

Thank you for your valuable feedback, but I don't have any copy of my resignation. I do have my email reference where they have accepted it. I have also sent many emails, but there is no proper response.
