Joining Formalities - Joining Forms Format

Hello All ,
If some can kindly provide me the clarity on what is joining formalities.
Is there any format which needs to be followed.
Or iTs just a management created form to be filled up by the new employee having all its needed demographic n biometric details.
Pls help

There is no prescribed format for Joining formalities. it has to be created based on the organisations convenience. in our company we have a format in which the date of joining and the testimonials which has to be collected from the personnels for whom the J.F performed will be mentioned.
