Employee Confirmation: Sample Letter After Probation Period

Hi,

I recently joined a company that is in the spa business (Wellness industry) with outlets all over India. My question is, once the employee finishes the probation period, do we need to provide a confirmation letter stating that they are now a permanent employee? Can anybody help me with providing a sample letter?
