You need to hire Market Survey Consultancy Firms (International ones are listed below):

- Hewitts
- Hay Consultant
- Mercer Consultants

They are the best in the industry. If you have a decent budget, hire them. Otherwise, look for local consultants who can conduct the survey for you.
