- Is it not better to follow "Best Industry Practices" which are tried, tested and admired for it's good qualities ??
- I feel following transparent and open work practices is Best Practice any where in the world. I do not understand why you are not sharing the very same piece of paper, which you want candidate to read, accept and sign.
- It is very naive on part of HR Professionals to think that, all candidates are so naive that they do not negotiate their salary elsewhere because they do not know their CTC breakup
- For sure I will not join any company which is not disclosing the CTC Breakup in writing
