Flexi staffing in the IT consulting industry - does this activity comes under CLRA/ should we get ourselves registered?

Dear All, I have one more question, we are into Flexi staffing in the IT consulting industry and depute our software engineers to our various clients and in turn our clients depute to them to their project sites/clients premises, does this activity comes under CLRA/ should we get ourselves registered under the CLRA.

Thank you very much for your advice, I have one more issue, the company has not been paying bonus so far, but it has decided to comply with the same from this year onwards, but we wanted to know what would be liability/penalty/other issues for the past period from the labour department while filing our bonus return for the current year.

Mr. GGm if you are raising the bill against manpower & your strength is 20 or more that CLRA is applicable upon you on particular company.
And if advise/ consultancy bill than not applicable.

Your company's appropriet Govt is Centre, in this case CLRA/MW will be applicable.
