Hi all, I am new to this site. I joined as an HR executive in an engineering consultancy service company. I want to know what a labor welfare register is and what the process is to update it. Please guide me.

Brief detail of LWF in Tamil Nadu is as follows:
Applicable on the strength of 5 employees (but not applicable to managerial, supervisory level, and contractor employees). The contribution rate is 5/- per month for employees and 10/- per month for the employer.

Return/Register:
Form A is for LWF contribution, and Forms B & C are for unpaid wages.
