How Can We Create an Effective Buddy Scheme for New Joiners in a Multinational FMCG?

Hi everybody,

I am doing my summer internship at a multinational FMCG company. They want to start a buddy scheme wherein a buddy (a person from the company) helps new joiners familiarize and adjust to the environment and other related aspects. People with good experience and exposure, please help me formulate a good scheme.
