1. By questionnaire
2. By fluctuation rate per month.
3. Days of sickness.
4. Accidents taken place in each month.
5. Number of ideas proposed per month or year by each employee.
6. Monthly number of training hours attended.

To calculate the satisfaction level in the organization, you need to define the sub-parameters for measurement, such as:

- Satisfaction with work environment
- Satisfaction towards management
- Satisfaction towards facilities company is providing
- Satisfaction towards higher authority
