Balancing Work and Learning: What Part-Time HR Courses Would You Recommend?

Hi seniors, I have completed my M.B.A in HR and worked as a recruiter for 2 years. Currently, I am working as an HR Executive in a software company for the past 1 year. I am interested in pursuing some courses or certifications that would be beneficial for me. However, due to my current job, I am unable to enroll in full-time courses. Can anyone please suggest what would be best for me?

You can go for any ISO course that would be suitable for your profession, and there is more scope as well. In the future, you can perform an ISO audit, or you can also learn another language. We are in a global village, and we may need to use various international languages.
