I would like to collect some info regarding the grading system, since am planning to implement it and i prefer the alpha numeric way can anyone just send me a format or give me proper suggestions how to do it

before starting grading of employees are you through with the salary grading of employees. You can start with
worker W1-W5
supervisor SUP1-SUP-4
Executives E1-E4
Managers M1-M4
Senior Manager SM1
