Hi Liz,

Before starting the grading of employees, have you completed the salary grading of employees? You can begin with the following categories:

- Workers: W1-W5
- Supervisors: SUP1-SUP4
- Executives: E1-E4
- Managers: M1-M4
- Senior Manager: SM1
