Is A Pgdbm Or An Mpm Degree Better

hi friends,
I m really confused n i cant decide which course should take up .. an mpm or a pgdbm course which will help me in the hr fieild .. and from which institutions in pune .. please help

KINDLY NOTE ITS A DEGREE FROM THE INSTITUTE WHICH MATTERS IN INDIA AND NOT MBA OR PGDBM WHICH MATTERS
U WUD BE SURPISED TO KNOW
ONLY UNIVERSITIES IN INDIA HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO GIVE MASTERS DEGREE LIKE MUMBAI UNIVERSITY, DELHI UNIVERSITY
INSITUTES ARE AUTHORISED TO GIVE ONLY POST GRADUATE DEGREE
SEE IF U DO A PGDBM FROM IIMS (THEY CANT GIVE MBA DEGREE) IT HAS AN INTERNATIONAL ACCREDITION U WUD GET THE JOB OF YOUR CHOICE
BUT IF YOU DO A COURSE FROM FACULTY OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES, DELHI UNIV, THEY WOULD GIVE U A MASTERS DEGREE, I.E.MBA DEGREE
SO IN THE END ITS THE INSTITUTE WHICH MATTERS NOT WHETHER A MASTER OR A PG IS WRITTEN IN FRONT OF IT...HOPE U GOT IT

i did get ur message ... but i stay n pune so i cannot afford to do my course from the universities u hv mentioned . the pgdbm tht i hv told u bout is from symbiosis but it is distance learning . n the m.p.m course is from a college called wadia's which comes under the pune university and is recognised by aicte

Pls go in for wadia college, pune univ...it has more recognition in the market than symbiosis distant learning.....
