HR And Company Secretary

Can anybody suggest is CS a better course for an accounts personnel working in the different organisation for the period of more than 15 years .
currently Manager in payroll activities of leading Ites organisation

Hi, First you concentrate on your present profession. If it is not interested then know your interest.
1. If you like teaching profession go to PHD because comparing with CS you can easily get the job with phd in teaching line.
2. If you like CS who would work like bridge between Directors, share holders, govt. etc. then go for CS
3. If you like HR&CS i.e., dealing with people, Directors, shareholders, Govt. then go with your present profession atleast for 10 years then you can be in touch with your current company secretary you can easily enter into CS profession but initially(With your 2 years Exp in HR)it won't give any benefit otherthan creates confusion.
