Any Leadership Training Programs / Workshops Happening In Chennai

Dear Friends,
Kindly help me out in knowing the upcoming leadership training programs or workshops or any such corporate training in Chennai after November 2010..... We would like to send two or three of our employees to attend such programs to improve themselves and to increase their confidence level. Please let me know where can I find the details of such programs?
I know about the different corporate trainers. But right now we dont have any idea to conduct such training for all employees in our Company. Therefore we shall send few employees to attend such programs and share their experience in the Company. I need your suggestions and advice in this regard. Thank you in advance.
