What Are the Minimum Wages for Skilled Workers in Tamil Nadu's Construction Sector?

I want to know the minimum wages in the construction industry for Class 'C' category for skilled/semi-skilled/clerical positions in Tamil Nadu. Only after comparing these wages with those set by the Central, can we determine the appropriate wage rates. This information is required based on the instructions provided by the LEO. Please provide the data.
