It is very Interesting, I would suggest you to take some Best Samples of his nuisance behaviour, also moblise some staff members, have a meeting with your MD or Owner, and the total issues in front of him.
Also prepare a good Show cause notice and arrange to issue the same through your MD or Owner, upon his reply you call for an External Enquiry.
Upon the reipt of the Enquiry Report it will be easy for your organisation to through him out.
2nd Option is : Non co-operation from all levels to this guy and go in reverse way to START FINDING MISTAKES in his works, and start insulting him in front of others.
