HI ALL,
couple of month sback i have dowmloaded Attrition Calculator but would like to know the formula to calculate which was also posted last month month tried to search in the forum but din't get.
Pls post the formula

sheet will calculate automatically once we put figures but i wanted to know for my knowlege ,I should be in a position to know and explain how it calculates.

Mr. Arun,
I went through the revised "Attrition Calculator" posted by you. I calculated & found O.K. But, one thing I may be made clear in response to my query why there are 2 formulas to calculate attrition rate? If it's at all necessary to have 2 formulas to calculate for the same,then why there's a %age difference between the two? Hope two receive any reply in this regard. Thank you.
