Thank you for your message. The spreadsheet will calculate automatically once we input the figures, but I am interested in understanding how the calculations are done for my knowledge. I want to be able to explain the process.

I went through the revised "Attrition Calculator" posted by you. I calculated and found it to be okay. However, one thing needs clarification in response to my query: why are there 2 formulas to calculate the attrition rate? If it is necessary to have 2 formulas to calculate the same thing, then why is there a percentage difference between the two? I hope to receive a reply on this matter. Thank you.
