Can anyone brief me on the process and required documents regarding the application for Shops & Establishments Renewals for the following states:

TAMIL NADU

KARNATAKA

MAHARASHTRA

MADHYA PRADESH

ORISSA

CHHATTISGARH

GOA

JHARKHAND

GUJARAT

RAJASTHAN

For Karnataka Shops & Establishment License renewal, you have to fill Form A and submit it to the factory inspector along with the renewal fees.

Hi Prakash, for renewal, you need to fill up Form B, and for making any changes in the registration certificate, you need to fill up Form E.

In Jharkhand, a shop and establishment license is not required for renewal as it is made one-time.
