Seeking Sample Case Studies for Competency Mapping: Any Recommendations for Planning and Conflict Management?

Hi All, my name is Madhumitha. I am currently pursuing an international certification in "competency mapping." In this regard, I have to conduct a mock assessment center for which I am in the process of designing tools such as a case study and so on. I have chosen to measure two competencies through the case study tool: "planning and organizing" and "conflict management."

Can anyone tell me where I can find sample case studies to get an idea?
