My name is Madhumitha. I am currently pursuing an international certification on "competency mapping". In this regard, i have to conduct a mock assessment center, for which i am in the process of designing tools such as case study and so on. I have chosen to measure 2 competencies through the tool of case study. These are "planning and organising" and "Conflict management"
Can anyone tell me where i can find sample case studies to have an idea?
