I have recently joined as an HR assistant. Can anyone help me with what and how many registers should be followed in the office in Bangalore, Karnataka? Currently, we are maintaining eight records, which include:
1. Register of Contractor.
2. Muster Roll.
3. Register of Wages.
4. Register of Deduction for Damage and Loss.
5. Register of Fines.
6. Register of Advance.
7. Register of Overtime.
8. Combined Muster Roll Cum Register of Wages.
I would like to know if all these registers are mandatory in Bangalore.
